For our fifth birthday we asked four mates to tell us the hop they are loving this year.
Bracket (NSW) picked Strata. Evil Mega Corp (WA) picked Eclipse. People People (Singapore) picked NZH109. Range (QLD) picked Freestyle Nelson Sauvin Cold Pressed Hop Juice. We threw in Luna.
The result is dank, resinous and dry. A crisp high five in beer form.
