These Terms & Conditions govern the Shapeshifter Brewing Co. Wolf Pack Membership program. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Term

Wolf Pack membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Membership will automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If a member cancels their membership, all benefits remain active until the end of the current membership period.

2. Membership Fee

The standard annual membership fee is $129 AUD.

A discounted early sign-up price of $109 AUD applies to memberships purchased during March 2026. The price will increase to $129 on April 1, 2026.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Membership Benefits

Wolf Pack members receive the following benefits during their active membership period:

• 10% discount on Shapeshifter-produced beer, takeaway beer and merchandise purchased at the Shapeshifter Brewing Co. taproom
• 10% discount on purchases made through the Shapeshifter Brewing Co. online store
• Weekly Wolf Pack Happy Hour providing a 20% discount on Shapeshifter-produced beer during the designated member happy hour period at the taproom
• Free shipping on online orders over $59 AUD
• Early access to new beer releases, typically one week before public release where applicable
• Access to Wolf Pack exclusive events, member nights, and early ticket releases
• One free schooner of each limited Shapeshifter release during the beer’s release week (taproom only)
• One complimentary pint during the member’s birthday month (taproom only)
• A 2026 Wolf Pack merchandise pack including a t-shirt, exclusive glass and membership keyring (delivered from May 2026)
• 2025 members who renew for 2026 will receive an exclusive enamel pin
• A quarterly behind-the-scenes email from brewery co-founder James

4. Member Events

Wolf Pack members receive priority or exclusive access to certain events. Capacity at events may be limited and attendance is not guaranteed.

Events may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled due to operational requirements.

5. Eligible Products

Wolf Pack discounts apply only to beer produced by Shapeshifter Brewing Co. and Shapeshifter merchandise.

Discounts do not apply to guest beers, tap takeovers, collaborative products produced by other breweries, food, or third-party products unless explicitly stated.

6. Fair Use of Membership Benefits

Wolf Pack benefits are intended for personal use by the registered member and are designed to enhance the experience of being part of the Shapeshifter community.

To ensure fairness for all members:

• Discounts apply only to purchases made during the eligible time period. Tabs opened prior to a happy hour period are not retrospectively discounted.
• Items cannot be reserved, held, or set aside to be purchased later during a discounted period.
• Complimentary beers associated with a specific release must be redeemed during that beer’s official release week and cannot be carried forward.
• Complimentary birthday pints must be redeemed within the member’s birthday month.
• Benefits may not be transferred to other customers.

Shapeshifter Brewing Co. reserves the right to decline or limit benefits where usage falls outside reasonable or intended use.

7. Discounts and Eligibility

Membership discounts:

• Apply only to purchases made directly through Shapeshifter Brewing Co.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers unless stated otherwise
• Apply only to the active Wolf Pack member

8. Merchandise Pack

The 2026 Wolf Pack merchandise pack will be produced and dispatched from May 2026.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on production and fulfilment schedules.

9. Responsible Service of Alcohol

All alcohol benefits are provided in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.

Shapeshifter Brewing Co. reserves the right to refuse service where required under licensing regulations.

10. Membership Conduct

Shapeshifter Brewing Co. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without refund where a member behaves in a manner that is abusive, unsafe, illegal or disruptive to staff, other customers or the venue.

11. Changes to the Program

Shapeshifter Brewing Co. may modify membership benefits, events or program details where necessary due to operational, supply or regulatory reasons.

Any changes will aim to maintain the overall value of the membership program.
