Our Range



Our Red IPA is a traditional West Coast India Pale Ale, with the addition of specialty malts to create a deep, bold red hue.

It has everything you’d expect - notes of citrus and pine, a firm bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.

Bright, dank and intensely hop-forward, this is one worth pouring into a glass and savouring.

ABV: 7.0% IBU: 65 EBC: 42

Malt: Ale, Vienna, Aurora, Redback, Shepherds Delight

Hops: Cascade, Amarillo

Yeast: BRY97




Hazy Pale - Double Dry Hopped

Hazy. Soft. Juicy!

This beer is a modern style pale ale which is low on bitterness with huge hop aromas and fruity flavours.

We added massive amounts of hops to the whirlpool, before double dry hopping at the highest addition rates we've ever done with some of our favourite hop varieties.

Enjoy as fresh as possible!

ABV: 5.8% IBU: 20 EBC: 8

Cashmere - Single Hop Pale Ale

This is the second in our series of single hop pale ales.

Developed by Washington State University and released in 2013, Cashmere is the result of a marriage between Cascade and Northern Brewer hop varieties.

Cashmere showcases flavours of lemon, lime, melon, coconut, tangerine, and other tropical and spicy notes, alongside smooth bitterness.

A simple grain bill has been used, with a touch of crystal to add colour and sweetness.

ABV: 5.4% IBU: 35 EBC: 12

Malt: American Ale, Vienna, Medium Crystal

Hops: Cashmere

Yeast: US-05



New World Pilsner

We love a crisp pilsner, we also love New Zealand hops. So why not put the two together?

Our pilsner uses ‘new world’ style hops, carefully selected to compliment the style. We dry hop right before packaging for a burst of fresh hop flavour.

Pour this into a tall glass and you’ll find subtle floral, lemon-lime and tropical hop aromas, backed by a rich maltiness and a white fluffy head.

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 34 EBC: 6

Malt: Pilsner, CaraHell

Hops: Pacifica, Wakatu

Yeast: W34/70



Hazy IPA - Double Dry Hopped

Our double dry hopped IPA is bursting with hop aroma and flavour, with notes of apricot, grapefruit, pineapple & mango.

We add hops once during active fermentation, then a second time once it’s complete to create the juiciest IPA possible.

Rolled oats and wheat make up part of the grain bill, to add a fuller mouthfeel and haziness to the finished beer.

ABV: 6.6% IBU: 70 EBC: 9

Hops: Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, El Dorado

Pale Ale - Single Hop Series / Idaho 7

For the first in our range of single hop pale ales, we’ve used Idaho 7, named after its home state in the USA.

Laced with notes of tropical fruit & citrus, balanced with a nice piney bitterness. You may also find apricot, orange, papaya, or even hints of black tea.

A simple grain bill of ale malt has been used, with a touch of crystal to add colour and sweetness.

ABV: 4.7% IBU: 32 EBC: 22

Malt: American Ale, Medium Crystal

Hops: Idaho 7

Yeast: US-05



Session Ale

Our mid-strength pale ale uses a base of tasty malt, that’s backed up with a heap of fresh Australian Galaxy hops. Fermented with a clean, crisp neutral yeast.

Just because this beer is light on alcohol, that doesn’t mean it’s light on flavour.

Enjoy anytime, but especially in the warmer months with friends.
