Five years ago we brewed this for the first time. People have asked for it ever since.
Pale gold with a tropical nose. Mosaic up front, then a punch of mango and citrus from El Dorado and Azacca. Stonefruit and vanilla from our favourite yeast strain. Lush, velvety, dangerously easy.
